Pre-Sale & Fulfillment Timeline: This is a pre-sale campaign. All products are expected to be manufactured and shipped within 6 weeks of the purchase. You will receive email updates at key stages: (1) Start of Production, and (2) Shipment with tracking information.
Financial Transparency:
Each item's price covers manufacturing, shipping, payment processing (2.9% + $0.30), platform fees, and any marketing partnerships. When influencer commissions or marketing costs apply, these are deducted as operational expenses before profit calculation, ensuring that 100% of remaining profits go directly to the featured advocate. Some sales may originate from commissioned partnerships, which help broaden the reach of our advocates' stories and missions, with all partners clearly disclosed using #ad or #sponsored tags in accordance with FTC guidelines.
Refund & Return Policy:
Full Refund: A full refund can be requested at any time before the manufacturing process begins (you will be notified of this date via email).
Partial Refund: Once manufacturing has started, we can no longer offer a full refund. A partial refund may be possible on a case-by-case basis prior to domestic shipment.
Returns: Due to the nature of this being a direct-to-advocate fundraiser, we can only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue.
